• Ensure your preferred FFL has ALL the required information to submit this form on your behalf.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FFL HOLDERS

• Ensure your license copy is NOT expired
• File must be clear and legible

Accepted File Formats

• PDF (preferred)
• PNG
• JPG/JPEG

Processing Information

• FFL License copies are typically processed within 1-2 business days
• You will receive email confirmation once your FFL is approved
• Keep your confirmation email for your records
• All files are deleted and WILL NOT be kept on file for future events

Required Form Fields

In an effort to ensure secure transactions we require ALL fields to be filled

• Date of the Relevant Auction
• Winning Bidder's First & Last Name
• Winning Bidder's Paddle Number
• This is found on the bidder's invoice
• We do not accept "Invoice Numbers"
• FFL "Name"
• The FFL's phone number to ensure we can contact you if there are issues
• Click "File Select" to upload the file from your computer or phone

Common Rejection Reasons

• Expired FFL
• Incomplete or partially cut-off
• Poor image quality or illegible text
• Missing legally required stamps and signatures
• Incorrect file format
